Sage 50 Cloud accounts Essentials


At the moment the company i work for do separate invoices 

I want to set them up so they are using sage 50 for there invoicing but cant seem to find how to edit the invoice layout 

can any one help

Hi Diddley,

If you go into preview a default Sage 50cloud Essentials layout, you'll see an 'Edit' button in the preview screen.

Click this to launch the Report Designer software and from here you can edit your layout (add logos, change fonts, apply conditional formatting and more) and save it as a new layout.

Thank you for this Bec
I have another question, one of the company's I work for has just deregistered from VAT I am running Sage 50 Accounts version 28 and want to change all customers to T9
In previous versions you could do batch changes but in the latest version I am running it doesn't seem to be there can you help
