I had one back in December - Companies house have had a note on the front page of their website about bogus emails for the last couple of months. I also get loads purporting to be from HMRC!

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

I get loads from BArclays bank! They say that my account has been tampered with and to open the attachment for details etc. The funny thing is I don't even have a Barclays account.
