from dormain company to traiding company

hi there !! i need help please, i have a new customer, he has a company but he is register as a dormain company but he´s going to start traiding now so  what i need to do? if i need to tell to company house or hmrc and i need to fill up any application form? thanks

Hi Elizita

I assume you mean the company has been dormant and is going to start trading now.

From companies house viewpoint you dont need to tell them anything.

From HMRC viewpoint you need to notify them within 3 months of starting trading that you have started to trade.  Form to complete is CT41G but I think you can also notify them online.
