Hello all,

Signed up some time ago but have been mainly lurking since! Thought it was about time I started to actively participate instead of sitting on the sidelines.

I'm a registered bookkeeper with the IAB and have been running my bookkeeping/payroll/tax return business since 1999, based in Southampton.

Even after all this time it's surprising the odd questions that can stump you sometimes so I'm sure I'll be asking a few here and there but hope to be able to answer an equal number as well!

It seems to be very friendly here, and not at all cliquey like some of the forums I've come across, although what is the Dallas thing about?!

We are a friendly bunch here.

The Dallas theme started some time ago now, maybe it is time to change, Rob was saying the other day he started to be fed up with being Bobby Ewing,too.
I would miss the Poison Dwarf and would miss Ellie Ewing :(

Hi,

welcome to the forum. Always room for more contributors on here.

I'm with Attila, it's only the fear of losing Lucy Ewing's pic that's kept the theme going so long.

The theme started in a thread where I mentioned that I'd worked over in Texas. The one before that was an Only fools and horses theme and before that it was the Muppets... Maybe as I'm back in banking it's now time to resurrect fat cat!

Being to late to get the better looking Dallas characters, I ended up choosing Digger Barns, so you can understand why I changed him last week

@Attila : as I'm french, I should be Sue Ellen ^^

...but can't remember what she drinks. (not too into Whiskey, rather in so WONDERFUL French Wines : Bordeaux and Bergerac are the Best of the Best :p )
