Sage Report Designer Help

Does anyone out there use the Sage Report Designer that comes with Sage?

I'm trying to do an invoice template for someone but at the moment struggling with it abit.

The problem is if I have two products in the 'Details' section they appear with the 2nd about 4inches down the page from the 1st one, is there something I must change to put them directly below eachother?

I've posted on the Sage forum also but no one wants to reply to it hmm

Many Thanks in advance

When you are in the Sage Report Designer click on the description box. A small box will appear in the top right hand corner with a cross in it. If you left click on this box and hold it down you should be able to move the description box on the page to the required position. I normally save the invoice as a custom name (File-Save As) so I can easily find it afterwards.

This might help?

Thanks for your reply Wendy smile

The thing is when I go to use the invoice template in Sage and have two lines of products in Sage the actual invoice appears with the first product at the top with the 'text box' title in place and then the 2nd item appears 4 or so inches down the page again with the title text boxes above it. What I'm trying to achieve is one line of title text boxes with the 2 products below eachother.

If I go into the Report Designer and have 2 description boxes, one below the other, when I go to use it in Sage the 2 products appear 4 times (one product twice at top and the other twice lower down)

Hopefully that makes some kind of sense blankstare
