Record previous year's transaction data

I just wanted to know that I have just joined a service-based company as a bookkeeper. They sent me the previous year's quarterly transaction report related to day-to-day office expenses, food expenses, travelling, sundry and education fees. But I don't know how to record transactions on sage 50. And I also don't know from which account they pay for those transactions

Why are you trying to key something from the previous year? Dont touch the previous year without permission of external accountants.

Why have you taken a client on when you have no idea how to use the software? you should decline the gig.

They sent me quarterly transactions related to general expenses. but I don't know how to record all cash transactions for office expenses, sundry expenses and education.please guide me

I'm quite familiar with the software, and I have recorded the invoice whenever I get to me in the current year. But I am just confused with the previous year's quarterly transactions report. How we will do on that

1) The subject is too great to be dealt with on a forum
2) Take a sage course
3) You said you are the bookkeeper. They should have appointed or need to appoint an Accountant - refer to them
4) Improve your bookkeeping skills by taking further courses
5) Remember your professional ethics. You should NOT take on work that you dont know how to do.
6) I can train you. I charge for training.
