Can anyone recommend some decent book keeping podcasts? I've enjoyed listening to them generally lately to drown out the noise of the kids when working from home but figured instead of listening to comedy I could educate myself on work related stuff.

Open tuition lectures are free.

I find that the easiest to listen to without referring to notes is the law paper, also the ethics and professional skills moule and management papers although not sure which paper covers management theory now as they keep moving them around. There are also AAT and CIMA lectures on there. Have a firk around and see if you can find something that you like that you can listen to without wtching the screen.

Good luck. Its a sound idea. I used to do something similar in the car as I travel a lot with work. Besides ACCA studies I also learnt how to speak Thai... Largely now forgotten but gave the old grey matter something to chew on that was well outside its comfort zone.

All the best,

Shaun.
