Broad question! Again conflating issues. You ask in the heading about bookkeeping and in the body about accounting software. No one size fits all. Depends on lots of factors. Including but not limited to whether or not you are business owner/bookkeeper with no clue/little clue/lots of a clue. Give more information and that will direct answers better.
