Vat is not 22%. You cannot claim vat back anyway on that.

VAT is 20%, divide 172.26 by 6 & you will get the value of VAT 28.71

It is basic maths. Still not reclaimable. Sounds like foreign tax rate at 22%.Still not reclaimable.
