Taxfiler 2 CT600 in first year

Morning all

Having a nightmare this morning with Taxfiler, Ltd Company first year accounts and need to submit two CT600 to take it to the end of the month, input all the figures yesterday and no problems everything was apportioned correctly and the returns and computations all correct, on rechecking today I noticed I had made a mistake in the accounts and needed to change something, so changed the trial balance and reattached the accounts however the first CT600 is apportioned correctly and computations correct but the other one is showing no figures and the profit of Nil which is incorrect, I have done everything I usually do and cant seem to understand what has gone wrong, been messing around with it for hours and still can not get it to pull the correct figures through.

Anyone got any ideas on what I have done to mess it up!

Thanks

All sorted, not sure what I pressed or didn't press but in the end had to manually insert some figures into the adjusted profit (which I have never had to do before) but it seems to have pulled the figures into the tax comps and the return okay,

Right, now to finish the roast chicken!

Cheers
