Hi, I have a client which has been advised by his accountant, that he can have monthly salary below NI contribution and other benefits, but after entering all details in payroll software its showing 0.00 on salary summary statement, and no data on FPS?  mad.gif

Do you have a new starter checklist?

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Are you just having a moan? Or is there a Q?

If the latter, not quite sure how you expect folk can help you with absolutely zero information.

Without having a complete guessing game with myself in the absence of facts, screen shots, software type etc etc etc,  perhaps you have clicked on the wrong month.

Sounds like you've cocked up somewhere then.

Check you've entered the data in the right period, but if you have, as Joanne says we do need a bit more to work on.

This still tells us nothing.

Please advise - what software?

Please answer my Q about the new starter form. Some info from it would be helpful

This is for April - you are late for April payroll, surely you should be doing May? Please confirm (1) how much if any you wish to pay gross for April (2) how much gross for May (3) if you have opted for the Directors annual NI or not)

Please also provide screenshots
-of Director's info showing the NI option
-your input screen showing all months with what you are keying
- copy P11
- anything else that has figures in it

Ensure you redact any sensitive information.

Im still convinced you are tabbing onto a wrong month somehow if only for the reports

Hi Miniaxi

On the April input screen, is it showing any pay info?  Was there any pay to report in April

On the May input screen, is it showing any pay info?  If yes, have a look at the same report for May and see if there is any pay showing there.

As Joanne said, is there anything showing on the P11 report?

I'm not familiar with Capium so if the above doesn't reveal anything then I would suggest contacting them.

Poster has been back on, yet still no info.

We need to be psychic to answer with zero info. Joanne and John have the patience of saints.

Presume he/she has sorted it.
