Hi All

Epic fail finding this - think my head is about to explode.

Anyone know what an HMRC form CA5478 is/what its for/what it looks it?

TIA

Hi Doug

It was one of those structured email forms to HMRC. Came back with some of your clients details do not match - they all do in fact!

Said they are sending out this form......to the client. She is the very nervy type, will not open post (!) so was trying to head it off at the pass.

Update
HMRC have no clue either, but I now have a copy.

It is a letter re personal details held on clients NT account.

In this case it is asking for clarification of DOB as the one in the application (business cessation) doe not match their records. It does, actually and after 23 minutes on the phone whilst they check all their records (fab HMRC lady!) they have confirmed all is ok, NI recpord re SA closed, SA requirement closed, business ceased etc.
