can anyone exlain in simple mans terms what these mean please

This is a forum for professionals not for people with businesses looking for free advice.

For the reasons already stated.

You should be discussing this with your Accountant.

Failing that check out the HMRC website, it explains all about VAT.

Hi Shaun
Not my decision, obvs, but I think you should leave it for a while - bookkeepers and Accountants have to put up with this a LOT, will make folk realise, its not acceptable!
