1.Many educational videos appear day by day on youtube . I know nothing about modern technology I have to admit but I would like to start learning cause I like many videos I watch on youtube and would like to be able to make similiar videos one day. I heard about software that allows to you make a video and transfer your video immediately on youtube . Do you know by any chance what software is this ? 2. There are people who make videos with their mobiles like the girl in linked video. You can see both her hands on the sheet of paper but her mobile is somehow attached above sheet of paper you that one can see her handwriting. What amazes me is that her paper never goes outside of what mobile is filming. It looks like she sees what area exactly is filmed by her mobile and always keeps her paper in this area. Do you know guys by any chance how to make similiar videos from technical point of view ?
Hi Rafal, the camera will be fixed, probably just above the girl's head. Strangely enough I saw an ad on facebook last night advertising a bendy tube type device that you can fix your phone to, with a light just above it than you can adjust to get the exact angle you want. If I see it again I'll link to it.

How do you know it's filmed using her phone? These days there are cameras available that aren't built into phones. It truly is amazing what they can do with technology now! ;)
Okay, silly point aside. There is plenty of software out there that will allow you to deal with videos, some which runs on phones and which can be used to upload directly to a YouTube channel straight from filming (or even while doing so - aka live streaming), some running on PCs that can do similar with attached video cameras and webcams, and so on. And there is also plenty for editing existing recordings, ready for upload.
What you want to use depends on exactly what you want to do, and how you want to do it - and the hardware you are using.
For example, I use a piece of software called Magix Movie Edit Pro (which runs on Windows) to edit/process videos recorded by other means. Those other means can include a video camera that records onto an SD card, a HD screen capture device (to record the entire HDMI output from a device before passing through to an actual monitor), my dashcams, video recorded via my normal camera, video recorded with my phone... just about anything, as long as the video can be transferred onto the computer. It also allows me to overlay images onto the video - so slides, for example, if I'm editing a presentation. That's not 'live' though - that set up is for pre-recorded stuff.
For your second question, as John said - the camera in that example video will be held in place, probably with a tripod or a desk clamp of some kind. She's keeping everything in frame by one of a number of methods; For example, one way is for the camera to be connected to a screen in front of her, so she can see what the camera sees. Another example is guide markings on the desk, just outside of frame, that she knows to keep everything inside that she wants recorded.
So to repeat and expand on what I said above, if and when you reach a stage where you want to start making videos, what you will need in terms of hardware and software will depend on exactly what you want to do, the sort of videos you want to produce, and so on. Until you are at that point, your question is kind of impossible to answer except in vague "there are a number of ways..." ways.
