Hi Sarah
Please add our first name so it appears under the signature bar on your posts as this saves folks looking it up each time. Via edit profile....signatures.

Also, you will find that you will get decreasing numbers of replies if you do not thank people for answering your queries, or the very least acknowledging their responses. Your very first post went completely unacknowledged.  Will let you off once, but please remember we do this for free and we are all busy people and its very frustrating to get nothing back.

How many hours are you doing at said client? Are you looking to expand your client base? Just so you know you should not do more than 15% of your turnover for one client.

Why do you consider you need PLI?

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Why?  You have thanked the others in your other post,  belatedly,  but then why not just answer the reasonable questions we both asked here and wait for the help you need.

Guess we'll never know for sure now, but reading the other thread, it may mean she has applied for MLR and paid the fee, and now only as to wait goodness knows how long to get accepted. biggrin

I think, as discussed on here before you are still allowed to work and offer your services whilst awaiting approval

Yes you are Doug, which was a big relief when MTD was looming because originally you needed MLR to have an ASA, then they changed it.
