Partnership LLP

Hello,

designated  LLP partners have  wife's and kids mobile phones included in the LLP mobile phone contract.

How do I deal with the VAT as the wife's and kids obviously don't work for the LLP?

thank you

Hi Petra

Welcome to the forum, we usually ask new members to introduce themselves by telling us a bit about themselves, things like are you an accountant or bookkeeper, are you self employed, what qualifications do you have etc etc

Are the members salaried or self-employed? Has the ABC condition test been carried out to establish which one they are?

Hello Doug,

I am working in the accounts department. I am working towards my ACCA qualification.

The members are designated members and are self employed. We are small LLP of 4 partners and they are all full equity partners.
Under the ABC test are self employed.

Thank you
