Online P11D is utter rubbish

Who else is having problems submitting an online P11D? I've spent the best part of 2 hours trying various web browsers to try and complete a P11D. Online form will not move to next page or allow me enter any dates. Cannot log into HMRC account as previous Bookkeeper has added their phone number as an extra layer of security and good old HMRC aren't taking any calls at this present time hmm

I need wine.........

Did the wine fix it Nikole?

Lol, I so know the feeling. Since working back in corporate the quality of wine hhas gone down but the quantity consumed has definitely increased.

Fingers crossed that HMRC are a little more accomodating this morning.

All the best,

Shaun.

Hi Nicola.  It's possible you might need to upgrade your pdf software.  Download the latest Adobe Reader and try again. I'm not saying it will definitely work, but it's worth a try.

Hi Shaun & John

I didn't get to drink the wine so i still need fixing. On the plus side i can now log into my clients HMRC account.

John - I did check to see if my Adobe had any updates but it was all up to date. It doesn't help that i have zero patience.

I gave up using the HMRC online service, switched over to Money Soft and I've no regrets.

Should not use client login, only your agent one.
