Andica software error

Hi everyone and apologies for not getting on here as much as I would like.

Does anyone know what this error means and how to correct it?

Error number: 317

Error location: Computations

Error type: business

I am trying to submit but on the last page it does not give me the option to change it from company to Agent so I am assuming that the problem is the gateway account?
