Wanted : AAT Level 2 Books

My daughter has just signed up with AAT to follow in her dear old Ma's footsteps (mad fool!).

Does anyone have any very recent Level 2 books for sale?

Thanks

Eunice

Oh Eunice - your timing is not good. Ive just promised my son's AAT stuff to someone else.

Worth checking out the AAT forum although you can pick up the new ones from Kaplan for a lot cheaper with the discount code I posted on here a week or three back.

Lots of adverts do not tell you whether the books are AQA2013 or AQA2016 (the current standard) so one to watch out for. In fact I think some folk are deliberately vague. Although at level 2 you could get away with the former as the only thing that has changed relates to how to calculate discounts - sure you could show your daughter that so maybe worth a trawl on Ebay as well.

Hi Eunice

Does she not get the study books from the course provider? Or is she going to self study?

Try the AAT forum there are always people selling second hand books for all the levels on there.

When I self-studied I used to buy new from Osborne, worked out to about £20 for the tutorial and workbook for each unit, also Joanne put a post on here not to long ago about discount for Kaplan study material so that would be worth looking into.

Good luck to your daughter, I am sure she will enjoy it and it will certainly help having you to help out with any tricky parts.

Thanks Doug and Joanne, I did see Joanne's post about the Kaplan discount code and have passed that on to my daughter, but
in answer to Doug's question she's not sure if she gets the books from the course provider or not, so we'll hang fire until she's
sure!

I will suggest she was a look at the AAT forum.

Thanks again

Eunice

Hi Eunice
Who is she going with?

If its FI, Kaplan and BOO then you do get all the books, including work books. Many of them work like that tbh.
