Small friendly accountancy firm in London Colney, Hertfordshire looking for a Junior Accounts Clerk. Based in office but will require occasional visits to clients.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Appropriate experience
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Accurate data processing and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Minimum 1 years experience
  • Experience of using Sage Line 50 would be desired but not essential, you must however have had some experience of accountancy software to be considered for the role.
  • Fluent English

The ideal candidate will be able to work well to deadlines and as part of a team. You will initially be trained in the necessary processes and then will need to be able to work independently on the tasks assigned to you. The role is an all round accounts role that specifically requires bookkeeping and accurate completion of VAT returns. Other duties will be of an all round accounts role as requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £17,000.00 /year

Required education:    Secondary education

Required experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 1 year
