Capital investment appraisal Payback Method

Hi All,

I'm studying surveying for a non financial degree at the moment and one of my modules is based on finance for non financial managers, and so I hope its not inappropriate for me to post on this forum for advice.

I'm currently working on an exercise of capital investment appraisal and have just gone had a go at understanding the payback method, and would appreciate if anyone could look at the attached workings and let me know if I'm on the right track.

Thanks

Hi All,

Just completed the ARR calculations for the same project, if someone could comment it would be appreciated, I need to know if I'm getting it right.

Thanks in advance,
