Could this be of interest to you or any of your contacts?

Our growth plan and your opportunity -

Our strategic goal is to grow the business into a Top 50 mid-tier firm, within a challenging but achievable time frame, on a service platform that delivers Big 4 service without Big 4 costs. To date, our growth from launch in 1996 to a £7m firm has been almost entirely self-generated. We will continue to invest heavily in activities which deliver significant organic growth

year-on-year, but we are now looking to supplement this stream with portfolios client portfolios by strategic alliance,

acquisition or merger.

We are therefore actively seeking businesses and individuals whose growth or exit plans might provide a good fit.

Broadly speaking, these are:

sales-oriented professionals with significant fee-following who are looking to transfer to a firm which can realise their ambitions

principals of smaller firms planning to exit within 3-5 years

principals of larger firms searching for merger opportunities to accelerate growth

TGS Taylorcocks is a Top 100 firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers, and registered auditors. We are also one of the founder members of TGS Global, the international accountancy network.

Building on judicious organic growth and more recent merger activity, we have plans for further development in the short to medium term.

Our 3000 client base comprises mainly SMEs in the £1m to £5m turnover bracket, but we also work for much larger corporates and multinationals, with turnovers up to £50m. Additionally we have an increasing number of HNWI private tax clients.

With 10 Directors and over 150 staff, we are head quartered in Portsmouth. Our main regional offices are in London (Fleet Street), Farnham, Henley-on-Thames and Bournemouth.
