Debtors invoice summary

Hi there, I am printing my debtors invoice summary using Sage Instant Accounts Package and have discovered that some invoices are not showing on the report, even though they are on the individual accounts, and posted in File Maintenance.  The invoices are there but just do not show on the Invoice Summary Report even though they are in the period selected.  I tried selecting by transaction no. for this report and they still did not appear on it.  In file maintenance the transactions are there but for some unkown reason to me they will no show in the report that I require.  Help!!!biggrin mollcoll

If its the debtors invoice summary you are trying to print are you sure they are not paid? This is the only reason I can see why they would not appear.

Craig.

Thanks a mill Craig, but it is happening on the detailed Customer Invoice Report also.  I have since been in touch with Sage and in their opinion the system I am using is too old (14years) and is most deff corrupt and causing the prob.  We will have to upgrade to a newer system and they will then be able to sort out the problem.  I was unable to get customer activity  reports  on some of our main customers either even though the history was in the customer file. It was only happening on a few customers not them all it nearly drove me crazynomollcoll:)

It would be better to try the detailed - this would give answers.
