Hello,

 

When putting supplier invoices into Sage 50, I put in the a/c, date, ref, n/c, prject ref & Cost code and amount.

 

I know where to find the OHD cost code but I dont know where to find the Materials cost code to find out what we have spent on materials and where.

Please could someone give me an idea of how to find this out?

When you get to the cost code field, press F4 and see what's there. If there's nothing that jumps out as being for materials, perhaps one hasn't been set up - or perhaps they're lumped in under another heading. I assume the cost code OHD is "overheads" so maybe there's one representing [all] direct costs/cost of sales.
