Sage 50 2010

I bought this for a potential new client, but I never took the work on in the end.  It sits on my shelf gathering dust.  If I can get £150 back for it I'd be happy.

Or, you can just make me an offer.

Kris

Current cheapest new price on Amazon resellers is £214.31 plus postage Kris.

Even lopping £50 off that price I would sell it on there. (Thats where my Quickbooks went and got a sale inside two days (time waster after one)).

Better you get the money than someone buys it from you on here and then they sell it on there (which is what I would do but I would feel guilty ripping a freind off).

All the best,

Shaun.

Cheers Shaun,

I'll have a look at that. I put it on ebay but they removed it for some reason. I'm assuming sage want to be the only ones to sell their packages there, but I could never get a straight answer from ebay.

No probs

I also like the way that Amazon is secure in that the purchaser pays Amazon up front then Amazon releases the money to your bank when the transactions complete. Everything from the buyers perspective is as safe as if they had purchased from Amazon and from the sellers perspective your dealing with Amazon rather than the purchaser.

I still buy from Ebay (espechially office furniture of which I've scored some real bargains) but I don't tend to sell on there anymore as I find Amazon better for the sort of things that I do sell and buyers are not so wary that what they are getting is some far eastern pirated software which Ebay still seems pretty full of and is probably why your listing was unfairly removed.

Good luck with the sale Kris,

Shaun.

Right, back here because I'm having a nightmare with Amazon. Changed the price to reflect the information from Shaun, but the first person here to make me a reasonable offer can have it.

I think that there might be a Sage licencing/restriction issue. I think there was a thread on another forum about it... (something to do with them asking Ebay to remove any listings Sage spots that are from unauthorised sellers) which might explain why your listing disappeared.

Hi,

I noticed on the recent thread started by David Rosario about which software to use that you said you had a copy of Sage 50 2010 available for £100. Assuming this is the same one, I would therefore like to make you an offer of £100 for the above.

Apologies for the dickering over price, but our boiler has just packed in, so for us at the moment every penny counts!

Not at all, I'd rather get something back for it as it's just sitting on my shelf. Drop me an email at kris@kmbookkeeping.co.uk and we can sort it out.
