Tax Return Software

Hi

Does anyone know of any bookkeeping software which can also submit tax returns online.   I generally use the free HMRC software but I have a couple of partnerships.  Looked at Taxcalc but at £300 it seems so costly.

There is a list of approved software on the HMRC website:

I've said it before but I do really like TaxCalc.  I guess how much you charge and the number of clients you have determine how expensive the software is to you.

Just another thought; are you registered as an agent for online filing?  It's much easier to manage your clients returns if you are.

Hi Amy

Thanks for reply.  Yes i am registered as an agent. I have to admit i did the free trial of tax calc and it was easy to use. Guess I'm just being tight!

Do you know whether tax calc is cheaper each year after initial purchase?

noNo, I don't think future purchases are any cheaper.
