On Sage instant accounts V12 I would like to reconcile the cash account yet the box to untick on the account details box to enable this is greyed out. Is there any way I can reconcile that account that anyone knows of? Steve

Hi, Just a question regarding the recording the payment to an employee section. Employee costs is a positive number but when you enter the income tax and ni liability it says to record it as a negative figure, any ideas why??? I guess its to do with the double entry and with that being a liability a/c???
